Rusty Auditions for Part in local "Annie" Play!

Rusty auditioned for the part of Sandy for a local play of "Annie."
They had me take Rusty to the stage and see how he felt on the stage and to make sure he was not afraid. Then they wanted to see a "down" and a "sit" and a "stay" to make sure he had the basics.
I received a note two weeks after the audition and the part went to another dog who auditioned.
"Thank you for auditioning for ANNIE. The decisions were difficult and I am sorry to tell you that we will not be able to cast you in this current production. Thank you for sharing your time and talents with us.
